Marquise “Hollywood” Brown Receives Key to the City and Proclamation from Hollywood, FL




The Hollywood Brown Foundation is proud to announce a significant milestone for its founder, Marquise “Hollywood” Brown. On Sunday, July 4, 2021, Marquise was honored with the Key to the City of Hollywood, Florida, by Mayor Josh Levy. In addition, the day was officially proclaimed as "Marquise Hollywood Brown Day," recognizing his impactful contributions both on and off the field.


The presentation ceremony took place at the iconic Hollywood Beach Theater, where friends, family, and fans gathered to celebrate Marquise’s dedication to his hometown. This honor represents not only his success as a professional football player but also his unwavering commitment to giving back to the Hollywood community through various initiatives, including the Hollywood Brown Foundation's annual youth football camps, scholarship programs, and community outreach events.


Marquise, a wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals, grew up in Hollywood, FL, and continues to stay deeply connected to his roots. Receiving the Key to the City is a testament to his influence as a community leader and role model for young athletes.
